Just The Keyboard

This is something that’s bothered me for a really long time. How do I go about selecting and executing Buy Now with the keyboard?
The OK button is always blue and it looks selected but there’s a blue halo around the Buy Now button. Pressing tab moves the blue halo between the buttons so I would assume that the blue halo means selected as you can move it between buttons. Meanwhile the OK button stays keeps it’s fill of blue.
But no matter which button the blue halo is around, pressing return always executes OK. How do you execute a non-blue-filled button with the keyboard in a situation like this?
